  The goal of the Help Desk is to be our customers’ single point of contact for all issues related to services that ISD provides.
   
• Agency Account Management
  The Customer Account Management section of ISD is your one-stop solution for ISD services.
   
• Service Delivery
  The Service Delivery section of ISD provides desktop, voice, data, wireless and video conferencing services for all state agencies. Service Delivery staff processes requests for these services, as well as handles problems passed on from the ISD Help Desk.
   
• Training Services
  ISD provides IT Training for state employees at competitive prices through the Advanced Training Group, Continuing Education, Auburn University Montgomery.
