The Project Management Office (PMO) provides professional project management support for Information Technology (IT) related projects for the Finance Department and now offers this service for all State agencies.
It is the goal of the PMO to ensure IT project success and to assist in the process from planning through successful implementation and operational status. Industry practice has shown that a structured approach to planning and oversight increases the probability of projects coming in on time and within budget. As part of this process we work with the agency to closely align the project to meet agency priorities and goals.
Our senior Project Managers are PMP (Project Management Professional) certified and all members of our staff receive continuous education from PMP certified instructors highly thought of in the field of Project Management.
